Goodbye Uni


Long time no blog post. I know. It's been a while but honestly I have been super busy doing assignments for uni. Now though I have a lot of free time on my hands because I have finally finished university.

I can't quite believe it's over. Where did those three years go? It feels like yesterday I was arriving to university and a nervous fresher wondering what the next three years hold and now I've crossed the finishing line. I am here. Done with uni. All I have to do is wait for results and I hope I've passed. Fingers cross. For now though I have a lot of free time and five days until I officially move out of my student house. Which means I have a lot of packing and sorting out to do this week. I have to say though it has been an amazing three years of my life and I will miss being a student. I've been in educstion for nearly 17 years of my life and honestly it feels very weird to be finished with education. Although knowing I probably won't have to sit an exam or write an essay again feels really great.

I'm both feeling scared but also excited about what the future holds. I'm kind of ready to start adulthood and make some plans about what I want to do with my life. It may be a long, slow journey but I will figure it out in the end. Who knows where I'll be in a years time? For now, I'm moving back home and I'm planning on working part time while I figure out where I want to go next with my life.

Now though that I have a lot of free time on my hands so expect a lot more blog posts from me every week and we'll see where I'll be in a years time together. I will definitely keep you posted.

Anyway, that's all I have to say for now. I'll be back again soon with another blog psot.

My Future Plans

Planning for the future is probably one of the most scariest things. Especially when you have an end goal but have no idea how to achieve that goal. Of course many things can go wrong and you're kind of terrified to take that risk. That's how I'm feeling right now. I have the whole Christmas and New Year off which is essentially going to be spent planning what I'm going to do next. I want to move out of my mum's house by February. 30 Things To Do Before I'm 30

I thought I would do one of those posts where I talk about things I want to do in the future and why not do a 30 things I want do before I'm 30 so I have about nine years to achieve these thirty goals for myself. It's also something I could look back on when I am thirty years old to see if I actually have achieved any of these things. Hopefully I will but we'll have to wait and see in nine years time. 1. Get my degree Now this is probably an obvious one as I'm in my third year of university but honestly after two years of doing university it would be nice if next year I could have a degree. Chapter Two

The end of the longest month of the year to enter the shortest month of the year, except it's a leap year so instead of twenty eight days, we have twenty nine days. How exciting.  I've had an interesting first month of the year. I booked a once in a lifetime trip to Las Vegas and I'm also planning on booking a holiday to Ireland which is very exciting as I've never been to Ireland before. I think this year is going to be full of adventures so I'm looking forward to what this year will bring. It's getting me motivated to start living a healthier lifestyle though. Eating less and moving more.  I'm also still saving up on top of all the holidays, I hope to buy a car this year. I'm not sure what I'm planning on doing this February. I know there's Valentine's Day which as a single person is a day I detest, although I'm going to make plans and celebrate my single hood. Then of course there's pancake day which is always a treat.
