How to be happy?


Sometimes in life it can be hard to be happy. Things can easily bring people down especially people with low self esteem, no body confidence and even people with very little friends.

Now like a very wise old man once said 'Happiness can be found, even in the darkest of times, if only one remembers to turn on the light.'  Which is very true. Happiness can be found even when you're at your lowest point.

I'm going to share with you some tips on how to be happy.

1. It's your choice
This may be kind of obvious but it's up to you whether or not your happy. Sure we're allowed for things to get us down. That's life. It can be a b***h sometimes. But it's up to us on how we deal with it, move on and be happy again.

2. Don't let the haters bring you down
In life we are going to have some haters. Let me just tell you that those haters are jealous of you because you are amazing and happy. They envy that. They envy the fact that you're happy with your life and the way your living. They want to be like that but for some odd reason they think they're going to be like that by bringing you down. Let me just tell you that those people are d****s. There's loads of them in this world. However, the greatest revenge in life is happiness. So if you're happy and not fussed by the haters then you're the winner here. You deserve good things. They do not.

3. Do something that makes you happy
If you're feeling down or upset about something then do something that makes you happy. Watch your favourite movie or read your favourite book or something. Even go outside and go for a walk, go shopping, explore a new place or catch a train somewhere. Just have fun.

4. Let it out
Another good thing you can do is if you're feeling down is talk about it or write it down. Whether you need to have a full blown conversation with yourself (I do that sometimes) or to someone close to you. Then do it. Letting it out your problems is one step closer to being happy. Even writing it down in a journal. Just have a journal dedicated to how you're feeling. It really does help to just say your problems or write them down on paper because some of the time they don't seem so bad when you let them out.

5. Be positive and let the negative go
Just being more positive about things in life will help you to be more happier about it. Just tell yourself everything will be fine and today is going to be a good day. If you're negative about things then chances are you're not going to be very happy. Sometimes though to be positive then you need to let the negative go. Whether that is negative thoughts or a negative person in your life then you may need to let them go and move on. They're not worth it.
