A new year. A new you?

Happy new year to you all.

Can you believe it's 2016?
I can't.

Now, normally during the start of the year. Most people make new years resolutions.
Typically there I'm going to eat healthily. I'm going to be skinny by next year. However, like most people me being guilty of this you fail and succumb to all the guilty pleasures you were going to refuse yourself this year.

So my advice would be when you're making your new year resolutions try to be realistic and look back at the new year resolutions you've made (you must have written them down in a notebook or something). You may notice from looking at the resolutions from last year that you haven't achieved any of them and quite the opposite to them has happened.

So what I'm saying is trying to make your news year resolutions achievable.
But you know why do we have to make new years resolutions once at the start of the year.

Why can't your new years resolution be achieve three goals a week?
That's what you should do instead of waiting for a whole year to make new resolutions.

But here's a few resolutions that you could try to stick to throughout the year if you can't think of any.

Just try to make this year a positive one. Do positive things? Have a positive look on life.
It's better to be positive than negative. Everybody loves a positive person.

Don't be judgemental. As the saying goes don't judge a book by it's cover. You do not know what goes on behind close doors or even in someone's mind. If you judge them they make take to heart and become really upset. Just try to see what's on the inside and give them a compliment if you can.

Do not procrastinate. Seriously. Everyone does procrastination but it's not worth it to leave everything to the last minute so the moment you get a task to do start doing it or make to do lists or give yourself a reward after you've done your work. Plus put the hardest or the task you're most dreading first that way you can get it over and done with and the rest of your tasks will fly by.

Anyway, that's it from me today. I hope you had a great new year and Christmas.
Here's to 2016.

I'll be back soon with another post.
