So, recently have been put under a lot of stress due to school work and deadlines coming up. I thought I needed a bit of time to relax and just forget about everything for a moment. Now, how I do this is firstly I run a bath for myself because I find a bubble bath to be quite a nice place to just relax for a moment.
I also like lighting a candle by the bath as well because it's always calming,
Listening to music is also good too. I like to listen to calm relaxing music while in the bath.
After the bath, before I go to bed. Drinking tea is always good because it tastes nice and it's better to have than coffee before bed.
I like to sometimes turn off all my electricity and just read a book.
I'm currently reading the last book in the Divergent series, Allegiant.
